Litigation Associate Attorney

A well-established full-service law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. The firm represents businesses, municipalities, and organizations across a broad range of complex civil disputes and is known for its collaborative culture and strategic approach to advocacy. This opportunity offers meaningful case involvement, exposure to sophisticated legal matters, and long-term professional development within a respected legal platform.

The Litigation Associate Attorney will assist in managing litigation matters from early case development through resolution while working closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective legal strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support civil litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal filings
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
• Manage written discovery, document review, and deposition preparation
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Assist with trial preparation including witness preparation and exhibit coordination
• Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case developments
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm environment
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience drafting motions and managing discovery
• Deposition and courtroom experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced legal environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities
• Active admission to the applicable state bar in good standing
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school required
