Title: Senior Tax Manager

Location: Dallas, TX (Full-Time)

About the Role

A well-established boutique firm in Dallas is seeking a Senior Tax professional to step into a key leadership position. The right candidate will handle a significant portion of the firms book, while working closely with leadership on the firm's continued growth and direction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a broad client portfolio across individual, business, trust, estate, partnership, and international tax matters
• Lead on inbound and outbound international tax filings and planning
• Mentor and develop junior staff
• Collaborate with firm leadership on strategy, client relationships, and long-term growth initiatives

Qualifications

• (10-15)+ years of public accounting or relevant experience
• Strong technical proficiency across a wide range of federal and state return types
• Meaningful international tax experience required
• CPA or EA preferred
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
