Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns across a diverse client base
• Perform general ledger review, month-end/year-end close, and account tie-outs
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to interns during busy season, supporting their training
and review so partners and directors can stay focused on client engagements
• Support engagements across both office locations as needed and collaborate closely with partners
and staff
Required Qualifications
• Active CPA license, or actively pursuing CPA licensure
• 4+ years of progressive tax experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in individual and business tax return preparation and review
• General ledger experience, including year-end close procedures and account reconciliation/tie-outs
• Staff training or mentoring experience preferred, though not required
