Associate Attorney

A highly respected and growth-oriented law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its expanding practice. The firm is known for delivering sophisticated legal counsel to businesses and individuals while maintaining a collaborative, team-driven culture that supports professional development. The Associate Attorney will support a range of legal matters, working closely with senior attorneys while developing litigation and advisory experience across multiple stages of client representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
• Manage written discovery and assist with deposition preparation
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments and strategy
• Assist senior attorneys in developing legal strategy and case management
• Maintain organized case files and meet litigation deadlines

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience practicing law in a litigation or related legal environment
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience drafting motions, briefs, and other substantive legal documents
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced legal environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Active admission to the applicable state bar in good standing
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school required
