Transactional Attorney
We are seeking a Transactional Attorney focused exclusively on business and real estate related legal work. This role is designed for an attorney with strong drafting and advisory experience who prefers transactional and pre litigation work rather than courtroom advocacy. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule and a 1550 billable hour requirement.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts and commercial agreements
• Prepare and negotiate buy sell agreements and transaction documents
• Review and analyze commercial lease agreements and real estate related documents
• Draft demand letters and pre litigation communications
• Advise clients on transactional risk and deal structure
• Support business and real estate transactions from initial drafting through closing
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of transactional legal experience
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience with business and real estate transactions preferred
• Ability to manage multiple active deal matters
• Strong communication and client advisory skills
