Business Real Estate Litigation Associate
We are seeking a Business Real Estate Litigation Associate to join a sophisticated litigation practice handling a diverse range of commercial and real property disputes. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast paced environment, manages complex matters independently, and is looking for a long term platform with meaningful responsibility and growth potential. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule and a 1550 billable hour requirement.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of business and real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and substantive litigation documents
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and oral argument as needed
• Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case evaluation
• Handle case development including written discovery and factual investigation
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Experience managing cases independently
• Ability to handle a substantial and diverse caseload
• Excellent organizational and client communication skills
