Senior Litigation Attorney

The Senior Litigation Attorney will lead and manage complex cases from inception through resolution, serving as a strategic advisor to clients while mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to overall practice development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex civil litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Develop case strategy and oversee all phases of litigation
• Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive and appellate briefs where applicable
• Manage discovery strategy, including depositions, expert coordination, and evidentiary analysis
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Provide strategic counseling and risk assessment to clients
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and litigation staff
• Contribute to business development and client relationship expansion efforts

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
• Significant experience managing complex cases independently
• Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills
• Demonstrated experience drafting high-level motions and legal briefs
• Ability to oversee case teams and manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Excellent analytical, writing, and client communication skills
• Active admission to the applicable state bar in good standing
• Prior experience in public sector, housing, regulatory, or complex civil matters preferred
