Real Estate Associate Attorney

A sophisticated and growth-oriented law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its transactional practice. The firm represents developers, investors, lenders, and business owners in a wide range of commercial real estate matters and is known for delivering strategic legal counsel on complex transactions. The Real Estate Associate Attorney will support a variety of transactional matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development projects while working closely with senior attorneys and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate commercial real estate transaction documents
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing transactions
• Conduct due diligence reviews including title, survey, zoning, and organizational documents
• Assist with transaction structuring and risk analysis
• Coordinate with lenders, opposing counsel, title companies, and other transaction stakeholders
• Review and analyze purchase agreements, loan documents, and lease agreements
• Support transaction closings and post-closing matters
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding transaction progress and legal strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of real estate transactional experience in a law firm environment
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial real estate documents
• Familiarity with acquisitions, leasing, financing, and development transactions
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
• Active admission to the applicable state bar in good standing
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school required
