Construction Project Manager

A growing and well-respected commercial construction firm is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of building projects from preconstruction through completion. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost tracking
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, and change order management
• Maintain communication with clients, architects, engineers, and internal project teams
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or scheduling challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and clients
• Support project documentation and successful project closeout

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project sequencing
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
