Construction Project Manager

A respected and growth-focused commercial construction firm is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of building projects from preconstruction through completion. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, and change order management
• Maintain communication with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or scheduling challenges
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and clients
• Support successful project closeout and documentation processes

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project sequencing
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
