Relationship Manager

Our client, a growth-focused and relationship-driven financial institution with a strong presence in its market, is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its expanding banking team. The Relationship Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, developing and managing client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand lending, deposit, and treasury services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial and/or high-value client relationships
  • Proactively identify and originate lending opportunities, including commercial and real estate financing
  • Analyze financial statements and structure customized credit solutions
  • Partner with credit and underwriting teams to facilitate approvals and maintain strong asset quality
  • Cross-sell deposit, treasury management, and related banking services
  • Maintain consistent client outreach and strategic advisory engagement
  • Participate in networking and community development activities to expand market presence
  • Monitor portfolio performance to ensure compliance and risk management standards


Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial banking or relationship management
  • Strong financial analysis and credit structuring skills
  • Demonstrated success in business development and portfolio growth
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently while collaborating internally
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
