Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, developing and managing client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand lending, deposit, and treasury services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial and/or high-value client relationships
- Proactively identify and originate lending opportunities, including commercial and real estate financing
- Analyze financial statements and structure customized credit solutions
- Partner with credit and underwriting teams to facilitate approvals and maintain strong asset quality
- Cross-sell deposit, treasury management, and related banking services
- Maintain consistent client outreach and strategic advisory engagement
- Participate in networking and community development activities to expand market presence
- Monitor portfolio performance to ensure compliance and risk management standards
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial banking or relationship management
- Strong financial analysis and credit structuring skills
- Demonstrated success in business development and portfolio growth
- Knowledge of commercial banking products and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently while collaborating internally
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
