Employment Litigation Attorney

An established and nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic practice. The Employment Litigation Attorney will manage and support employment-related litigation matters while working closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective legal strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employment litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal filings
• Conduct legal research and analyze employment law issues
• Manage written discovery, document review, and deposition preparation
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Assist with trial preparation including witness preparation and exhibit management
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case strategy and developments

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience in a law firm environment
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery
• Deposition experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and client communication abilities
• Active admission to the applicable state bar in good standing
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school required
