The Market President / Senior Vice President will serve as the senior leader in the market, driving commercial production, overseeing portfolio performance, and leading a team of banking professionals while maintaining strong asset quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute strategic growth initiatives within the assigned market
• Originate and manage complex commercial and middle-market lending relationships
• Oversee commercial loan production, deposit growth, and overall market profitability
• Maintain disciplined credit oversight and portfolio risk management
• Recruit, mentor, and develop commercial banking talent within the market
• Represent the bank in community, civic, and business development initiatives
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term market strategy and expansion
• Monitor market performance metrics including loan growth, credit quality, and revenue targets
• Strengthen cross-functional coordination with treasury, retail, and credit teams

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive commercial banking experience
• Demonstrated success leading commercial loan production and market growth
• Strong credit underwriting, structuring, and risk management expertise
• Prior leadership or market management experience preferred
• Established and active network within the local business community
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing banking teams
• Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
