We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction to final completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and execution
• Lead subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and scope management
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting schedule, cost, or quality
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
• Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and project meetings
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent project updates
• Lead project closeout activities including punch list, documentation, and final deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management software
• Experience with ground-up and/or renovation projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience with projects such as healthcare, education, industrial, or multi-family
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management tools
• OSHA 30 certification or strong safety background
