Litigation Associate / Junior Partner Track Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support civil litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive legal filings
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
• Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations
• Manage discovery including written discovery, document review, and deposition preparation
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case strategy and developments
• Participate in networking, client development, and business generation initiatives
• Collaborate with firm leadership on long-term growth and client expansion opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery documents
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in client development and relationship building
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced legal environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Active admission to the applicable state bar in good standing
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school required
