A nationally respected litigation firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its expanding Government Enforcement and White Collar Defense practice. The firm represents corporations, executives, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals in complex government investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, and high-stakes criminal and civil matters. This opportunity offers sophisticated case work, significant client responsibility, and a leadership role within a highly regarded litigation platform.


The Senior Litigation Attorney will lead complex investigations and enforcement matters while serving as a strategic advisor to clients facing regulatory scrutiny, government inquiries, and white-collar allegations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage government enforcement, regulatory investigation, and white-collar defense matters from inception through resolution
  • Represent clients before federal and state regulatory agencies, prosecutors, and enforcement bodies
  • Conduct internal investigations involving allegations of fraud, misconduct, compliance failures, and financial crimes
  • Develop defense strategies for criminal, civil, and regulatory proceedings
  • Draft motions, briefs, position statements, and investigative responses
  • Conduct witness interviews, prepare executives for testimony, and manage document review efforts
  • Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, settlement discussions, and court proceedings
  • Advise clients on compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory response strategies
  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to practice development initiatives


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of litigation experience with a focus on government enforcement, investigations, white-collar defense, or regulatory matters
  • Experience handling matters involving agencies such as the DOJ, SEC, FINRA, FTC, state attorneys general, or other regulatory bodies preferred
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Significant experience conducting investigations and managing complex litigation matters
  • Strong courtroom, deposition, and advocacy experience preferred
  • Exceptional judgment, strategic thinking, and client advisory abilities
  • Ability to manage sensitive and high-profile matters with discretion
  • Active admission to the applicable state bar in good standing
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school required
