Real Estate Attorney

Our client, an internationally recognized law firm with a premier global platform, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its sophisticated and high-performing real estate practice. The firm advises institutional investors, developers, lenders, and multinational corporations on complex and high-value transactions across major markets. This attorney will play a central role in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex commercial real estate transactions while working directly with prominent clients and cross-disciplinary teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
  • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and development agreements
  • Represent lenders and borrowers in real estate finance transactions
  • Handle leasing matters, including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties
  • Conduct and oversee due diligence, including title and survey review
  • Coordinate with internal practice groups on tax, environmental, and corporate matters
  • Advise clients on risk assessment, deal structuring, and strategic investment considerations
  • Manage transactions from inception through closing with significant client interaction


Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills with experience leading deal components
  • Experience representing institutional investors, developers, or lenders
  • Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
  • Active admission to the applicable state bar in good standing
  • Large law firm experience preferred
