Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tax advisory and compliance engagements for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses
• Develop and implement sophisticated tax planning strategies focused on wealth preservation, business succession, and tax minimization
• Serve as a senior advisor and trusted resource to clients, executives, and business owners
• Review complex individual, partnership, S-Corporation, C-Corporation, trust, and estate tax returns
• Provide technical leadership on complex tax matters, transactions, and planning opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, wealth advisors, bankers, and other professional referral sources
• Mentor, develop, and oversee tax managers, senior accountants, and staff professionals
• Drive practice growth through business development, client retention, and expansion of advisory services
• Monitor tax law developments and communicate strategic implications to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic planning and long-term practice development initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of public accounting tax experience with increasing leadership responsibility
• Extensive experience serving high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and privately held businesses
• Strong expertise in individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and estate taxation
• Demonstrated success delivering advanced tax planning and advisory services
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, client relationships, and complex engagements
• CPA designation required; Master's in Taxation, JD, or related advanced credential preferred
• Exceptional communication, business development, and relationship management skills
• Strong technical tax research and strategic problem-solving abilities
• Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to affluent clients and business owners
