Branch Manager

Our client, a well-capitalized and community-focused financial institution with a strong regional presence, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead one of its key retail banking locations. The organization is known for its relationship-driven service model, disciplined operational standards, and commitment to local decision-making. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and cultivate a high-service culture while developing staff and strengthening client relationships in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and service excellence
• Coach, develop, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance and production goals
• Drive deposit growth, consumer lending, and cross-selling initiatives
• Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, and operational procedures
• Resolve escalated customer concerns while maintaining a strong client experience
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Represent the bank in community events and local business development efforts
• Collaborate with commercial and treasury teams to deepen client relationships

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of retail banking experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated success driving branch sales and service performance
• Strong knowledge of consumer banking products, deposits, and retail lending
• Solid understanding of banking compliance and operational standards
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
