  • Conduct compliance reviews, internal investigations, voluntary disclosures, and risk assessments related to False Claims Act, ethics, and socio-economic programs
  • Draft, review, and negotiate prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and related instruments
  • Analyze solicitations, proposals, and contract terms to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Prepare legal memoranda, opinions, and presentations for clients and firm leadership
  • Monitor regulatory developments and advise clients on emerging issues in government procurement
  • Participate in client development, industry events, and thought leadership activities
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding contracting strategies, compliance needs, and dispute resolution opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in government contracts law, preferably in a law firm setting (experience in-house at a government contractor or agency a plus)
  • Demonstrated success in advising clients on federal procurement matters and contributing to practice or client growth
  • Strong expertise in FAR/DFARS, bid protests, contract claims, compliance, and related regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with government contract disputes, investigations, or litigation preferred
  • Solid understanding of federal procurement regulations, ethics rules, and compliance obligations
  • Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building abilities
  • Active bar admission (additional jurisdictions a plus); Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • Established network in the government contracting community preferred
