Senior Project Manager

A well-established commercial construction and development organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex building projects from preconstruction through completion. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project teams, budgets, and schedules while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Oversee project managers, field teams, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts
• Manage contract administration, procurement, and change order processes
• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and internal leadership
• Monitor project performance and implement strategies to mitigate risk and maintain profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to executive leadership
• Support business development efforts and assist in securing future project opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Proven experience managing large or complex building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project sequencing
• Experience managing project teams and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
