Position title: Tax Senior



Our client is a well-established, tech-forward CPA firm serving businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals nationwide that is seeking a Tax Senior to join its growing practice. The firm is built on a straightforward model: high-quality tax work, proactive planning, and long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex tax returns including individual returns with K-1s, real estate, and investment income, S corporations, partnerships, and multi-state filings
• Serve as a technical resource between staff and the Tax Manager
• Translate review notes into clean, final workpapers
• Research tax issues and summarize conclusions clearly
• Communicate directly with clients on routine tax matters
• Contribute to workflow improvements, templates, and documentation
• Mentor junior and staff-level accountants as the team grows

Required Qualifications:

• 4 to 7 years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong experience with 1040s, 1120s, 1120S, and 1065s
• Comfortable owning returns from start to finish
• Able to identify issues and propose solutions independently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded
• CPA license preferred or actively pursuing
